*Job Description:                             *

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible to work with various technical developers to review, analyze
and evaluate data fields and application interfaces in order to create
required technical documents.
• Reviews, analyzes, and modifies data processing systems, software
systems, and operating systems including coding, testing, debugging,
documenting and implementing programs.
• Conducts user needs analyses, in-house system customizations and
upgrades, system performance studies, and enhancement recommendations
• Responsible for writing and/or supporting computer applications, with
close involvement in the installation of vendor releases and enhancements,
analysis, design, coding, testing, documenting, and production
implementation system-required modifications.
• Performs and participates in the analysis of data migration and
application data interfaces.
• Responsible for following appropriate standards and requirement gathering
processes.
• Create and review of technical documents as well as Business requirement
documents.
• Performs project management leadership functions as required.
• Monitor and evaluate project timelines and identify areas of risk and
opportunities.
• Oversee the organization and storage of technical documents using
SharePoint.
• Assist in the turnover and acceptance of technical documents to/from
other business areas.
• Participate in technical reviews and “working” meetings.
• Ensure the adherence to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from a
technical perspective.
• Understands and negotiates needs and expectations of multiple
stakeholders.
• Communicates- writing, speaking, and presentation- concepts and
constraints completely.
• Other duties and projects, as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science,
Business Administration or other related field.
• Requires 5+ years’ experience in system implementations, project
management, multiple technologies, processes, application, etc. or other
directly related experience.
• A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.
• Requires advanced interpersonal skills with the ability to work with both
management and technical staff employees.
• Requires expert analytical, organizational and problem solving skills.
• Proficient knowledge of business systems, procedures, project techniques
and practices.
• Proficient in the use of various software programs, including word
processing, spreadsheets, etc.
• Working experience on Mainframe’s using COBOL and Easytrieve programming
Language and Job Control Language (JCL).
• A solid understanding of banking and Deposits operations and business
activities.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must be able to meet deadlines and function well under pressure.
• Must have strong writing skills.
• Thinks at varying levels, from high concept to low detail.
• Grasps business-centric design principles.
• Ability to elicit, gather and analysis user requirements.
• Ability to function in a consultative role and manage a team or project.
• Ability to show initiative in ambiguous circumstances.
• Flexibility to take on multiple responsibilities and tasks necessary
pertaining to the FutureCore program.
• Flexibility in work schedule required to meet needs and to accommodate
various meeting schedules. This may require work outside the normal Monday
through Friday schedule.
