*Duties and Responsibilities: *

Adheres to University and department policies, procedures and regulations
and actively contributes to student success and retention Works with the
EAP Operations Manager on project tasks, to include scheduling,
communicating and maintaining documentation Works with PeopleSoft
functional leads and/or the department's technical lead to evaluate current
delivered, but unused, functionality to enhance opportunities or improve
methods of satisfying the university business requirements Networks with
other PeopleSoft institutions and higher education user groups to determine
best practices for the university in relation to PeopleSoft Evaluates
upcoming releases and patches to determine the impact that those changes
may have on existing business operations with emphasis on areas that are
customized in PeopleSoft, and in consideration of all enterprise
applications that rely on data coming from or going to PeopleSoft Maintains
a current list of university enterprise system contacts and attends
necessary meetings to ensure new software solutions are added to the list
as new projects surface Constructs and maintains an inventory of customized
PeopleSoft items, to include the purpose for the customization, weakness if
any of the delivered functionality, and the reason the customization is
required Provides assistance to functional departments that utilizes the
PeopleTools Testing Framework by making security access requests,
conducting training as needed, and providing follow-up support

*Minimum Qualifications: *

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or related field
of study and a minimum of three years of related experience Related
experience may be substituted for the education requirement on a year to
year basis. Working after-hours contact number or messaging service for
emergency purposes



*Requirement #2:*

*Position: Peoplesoft Functional Module Lead *

*Location: Kansas City, MO *

*Duration: 6-12 Months contract*

*Position Description: *

Creation of project schedule, new plan design, configuration, functional
testing, modification of existing Annual Benefit Statement, and assist with
modifying functional specifications for existing interfaces. Solid
understanding and work experience as a pension analyst in the pension
industry. At least 5 years of People-soft Public Sector experience
implementing the Pension module, People-soft Pension Lead experience with
at least four implementations. Experience with a public retirement system
providing a defined benefit plan. Previous experience with creating
specification for Annual Benefit Statement.



*Requirement #3:*

*Title: PeopleSoft Developer *

*Location: Denver, CO *

*Type: 6 months Contract *

This role will be responsible for providing technical leadership for
development projects, following Client development methodology and
producing supporting documentation. This individual will also provide
business hours and occasional after hours support as part of a rotating
schedule for a broad range of applications already in production. Provides
workday and after-hours production support, including troubleshooting,
problem correction, testing, and promotion to the production environment.
Analysis of root cause of application issues and facilitates resolution by
coordinating with the vendor, internal IT and users as appropriate Provides
QA expertise in reviewing technical project deliverables for other
technical staff.

*Required Skills *

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering or
relevant discipline or equivalent work experience. 4+ years relevant work
experience with PeopleSoft 9.0 or higher development experience with
PeopleSoft Financial applications like GL, AP and Expense modules. 4+
years' experience PeopleSoft development tools including Application
Designer, SQR, People Code, Application Engine, Application Designer,
Crystal, PS Query, nVision Component Interface and Integration Broker. 3+
years PeopleSoft development and integration experience with upgrades and
patches. Ability to develop test data, test scripts and execute
comprehensive integration testing of PeopleSoft Financial modules. At least
one full lifecycle engagement as a PeopleSoft Financials
Consultant/Developer Technical Specialist in a large -scale financial
systems implementation/upgrade. Familiarity with Source Code Control tools
such as TFS or Visual Source Safe. Experience with at least one system
design/development methodology (RUP, TDD, BIM). Excellent problem solving,
oral and written communication skills. Availability for off-hours support.
Preferred Skills MS development technologies including: C#/VB.NET/ASP.NET
and SQL Server.

*Title: PeopleSoft HCM Functional Consultant *

*Location: Anaheim, CA *

*Duration: 12+ months contract*

*Required skills for this opportunity:*

7+ years of functional PeopleSoft HCM Experience (10+ year minimum for the
lead role). Functional expertise in core HR. Past experience in the
Compensation module desired. Additional experience in NA Payroll, Benefits,
and / or ESS. Ability to read SQRs and App Engines as required. Strong
problem solving and analytical skills. Experience working directly with
users. Ability to create requirement documents, design documents, test
scripts, and cutover plans. Must have excellent communication skills. Local
candidates (or ability to relocate) preferred.

*Location: ST. Paul, MN *

*Description *

Develops, plans and analyzes, designs and tests PeopleSoft security. The
Human Resources department is upgrading its PeopleSoft HCM application from
9.0 to 9.2. As part of this upgrade, there is a desire to rebuild the
application security (PeopleSoft Roles/Permissions). We are seeking a very
experience PeopleSoft Security Administrator to do this work. Our timelines
are VERY agressive. We need a mature person to join our team - review our
existing security, design a new security solution by working with other
developers and functional business analysts. This role will also build the
security and test it. PeopleSoft security experience is a must. This person
must also be highly self-managed and a self-starter.
