This person will need to know the backend side of Solution Manager, not from the users side. This person will sit with IT, not the business units. SAP Solution Manager is a central support and system management suite provided to SAP's customers as part of their license agreement. SAP Solution Manager is intended to reduce and centralize the management of these systems and end-to-end business processes.
