Role: QA Lead Metro Detroit, MI (Need locals to MI) Start: ASAP Duration: 2 Months + (extendable) Rate: $38-40/hr C2C (That is the maximum) * * *DESCRIPTION:* ** · Create formal test strategies plans, estimate test effort and manage test efforts (all test cycles). · As Test Lead the resource will be responsible for coordinating and executing small to large testing efforts for new or existing applications. · Analyze business requirements and technical specification documents to develop test cases and scenarios. · Work with business and technical resources to analyze problems encountered in testing and determining changes required to correct problems. · Coordinate UAT · Identify and gather test data. · Log test results and defects and perform test results analysis. · Verify test results. · Report testing statuses and results to project teams and management through reports and presentations · Effectively lead test teams in order to produce quality test deliverables. · Create quality assessment metrics *EXPERIENCE:* ** · 3 -5 years experience in planning, implementing, and facilitating medium to large test projects · 2 -3 years with QA metrics (root cause reports, S Curve, first time quality reports) *Preferred Experience: * ** · 2 – 3 years of experience with Rational Performance Tester and Rational Clear Quest. · 2 - 3 years of setting framework for test automation -- Regards Santosh Delight Consulting Services LLC. 2565 S.
