Proactively communicate and collaborate with internal customers to analyze and interpret user questions, needs and functional requirements and deliver user stories, functional specifications, and bug tracking. Responsible for business process documentation, including sequence diagramming, supporting reference documents, bug tracking, and business and functional requirements. Participate in system testing by executing test cases, logging bugs, and working with QA and Dev teams to resolve, re-test, evaluate and track requests for enhancement. Provide systems and business process training and support on newly designed feature set Collaborate with multiple businesses & IT stakeholders to design, develop, and deploy new enhancements or improved application processes. Assess the business environment to define the scope of the business problems, capturing business requirements, designing value solution approaches, and ensuring that the defined scope meets the customer s needs, goals, objectives and expectations. Participate in solutioning workshops and execute requirement elicitation methods in effort to understand and document the needs of all business areas. Review and verify business deliverables submitted as a part of each phase of the project requirements and development. Qualifications: Entrance Requirements: Applicants must have at least (A) four years of full-time, or equivalent part-time, professional experience in functional business analyst roles, provide experiences in requirement elicitation approaches. (B) at least two years must have been in work in which the major duties included complex process and functional analysis across multiple functional areas (marketing, legal, IT & Customer Care)Project Details: The project is chartered to further enable betterment in the customer experience (CX) space. The monitoring platform currently supports electronic event notifications to customers, but requires a high degree of manual administrative burden around enrollment & contact data management. A need exists for a self service offering to be developed to enable customers to self serve in the enrollment process and manage site specific configurations.
