Job Details:

This person will provide support and implement improvements to our Oracle
EAM solution. This position requires working with end users to understand
issues, identify and understand requirements, develop and implement
solutions, and is a key performer on projects related to EAM tools and
processes.



Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage daily support and resolve root cause issues

2. Work with end users to understand, identity, and resolve issues for our
Oracle EAM, Meridium, and Viziyia systems.

3. Request and manage support issues with software vendors. This includes
facilitating calls to troubleshoot issues between vendors and Schreiber.

4. Assess and implement required patches or new releases from vendors

5. Lead and implement improvement opportunities identified by our business
users
