*Need PeopleSoft Developer in Deerfield, IL*
*Job Tittle : PeopleSoft DeveloperLocation : Deerfield, ILDuration : 7 month contract with possible extension.* Support resource for the Peoplesoft system. Should have a good working knowledge of Peoplesoft technologies and experience in a HR IT support organization. *Essential Duties and Responsibilities:* Participate in and contribute to small to medium size projects, own assigned tasks, produce time estimates and detailed specifications for assigned tasks, demonstrate increased business knowledge, resolve increasingly complex problems. Requires moderate direction, starts to direct others and possesses solid knowledge of SDLC. Troubleshoot day to day issues on the Peoplesoft and related subsystems Maintain the HRMS system via regulatory and bundled fixes issued by the software provider Perform environmental refreshes and post refresh activities on Peoplesoft related software Develop testing requirements, prepare and document test data for unit and system testing. Provide support for production HR systems. Use problem-solving skills to assist in resolution of business problems. *Qualifications. *Strong, structured programming skills in Peoplesoft technologies and experience in all phases of systems development. Knowledge of Peoplesoft Administration Excellent written and verbal skills. Exposure to scheduling systems, preferably Control - M *Education and/or Experience*: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
