*Job Title : Solution Architect( Very Sr. J2EE Developer)* *Location : New Mexico* *Duration: Contracting* *Rate : Open(streamline the rate as per the market standard)* *****************NEED US CITIZENS ONLY************ *Description:* Work directly with our Client’s customers and partners to lead the technical delivery of BusinessManager applications to customers. *Responsibilities:* - Lead implementation projects by providing technical expertise and direction - Interact with customers to gather and analyze business requirements - Manage delivery to the non-functional requirements: performance, scalability, availability, reliability and security - Deliver technical training and mentorship to customers and implementation partners - Provide customer insight and feedback to internal groups as appropriate - Provide post-implementation technical support for customers *Requisite Skills:* - 7+ years customer experience as a technical consultant and/or architect - Excellent leadership, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills - Ability to develop technical approach to the customers’ business processes, as well as to educate customers on BusinessManager and other technologies and how they apply to Business Process Management. - Experience in developing BPM or workflow applications - Excellent hands-on technical skills in the following technologies: – J2EE Architecture and Application Servers – J2E Programming and JSP – Web Services and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) - Key experience with large-scale systems architecture and understanding of: – Object Oriented design – Application integration with CRM, ERP, EAI vendor products (e.g., TIBCO, SeeBeyond) – Web application and client-server architectures - Experienced in several of the following technologies: – Databases: Oracle, MS SQL Server, Sybase, DB2 – Operating Systems: Windows, Unix (Solaris, AIX, Linux) – Application servers: BEA Web Logic; Websphere – .NET and Mainframe technologies (CICS, MVS) *Desired Skills and Knowledge:* · Industry knowledge in Telecom, Manufacturing or Financial Services; including experience implementing process frameworks such as eTOM and SCOR.
