Position : Lead Business Analyst
Location : Durham, NC
Duration : 12 Months
*Skills And Experience Required :*
1. Implementation Lead, Upgrade Lead
2. Typically requires BA/BS or equivalent and 10+ years of related and
progressively more responsible experience.
3. This role will lead the PMO for a large Facets implementation.
4. The candidate must have a payer background, large core admin system
implementation experience, and understanding of Agile development and
PMO experience
5. Has a deep understanding of the IT industry and the implications of
emerging technologies for the wider business environment.
6. Has a full range of strategic management and leadership skills.
7. Understands, explains and presents complex technical ideas with
their impacts to both technical and non-technical audiences at all levels.
8. Has a broad and deep subject matter knowledge.
9. Has authority and responsibility for all aspects of a significant
area of work, including policy formation and application.
*Responsibilities:*
1. Coordinate multiple systems integration projects/ capabilities/
releases and help deliver project results to business case.
2. Establish the program management infrastructure governance
structure, management processes, plans, procedures & tools.
3. Oversee program and project delivery plans.
4. Level 5: Leads on the formulation and application of strategy.
5. Applies the highest level of management and leadership skills.
6. Is fully accountable for actions taken and decisions made, both by
self and subordinates.
