Business Systems Analyst Skill Level: Senior Technical skills and/or domain
knowledge:
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Coordinate the development, testing and implementation of new
products and system enhancements as directed by the Systems Manager.
• Manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.
• Work closely with all levels of management within the
organization to define project requirements.
• Write detailed design specifications.
• Ensure enhancements meet established quality and end user needs.
• Work closely with internal/external IT programmers to develop,
test and implement new products/enhancements.
• POSITION REQUIRED SKILLS: BA/BS degree with two to
four years of relevant experience. Knowledge of Daily Defined Contribution
Plan record-keeping (401(k) preferred).
• Background in accounting 401(k) record-keeping a plus.
• Good understanding of operating procedures of investment products.
• Ability / experience writing systems / program specifications and
control procedures.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• POSITION PREFERRED SKILLS (NOT REQUIRED): Experience
working with an IT department in a production environment.
• Candidates with experience DC Systems a plus.
• Project Management background
