An eTicketing system will reduce the amount of time necessary to fully complete reports and eliminating redundant data entry. >From a management point of view, the user and business process should be more effective and efficient, saving money, time, and resources. From a technology perspective, the basic premise of the system is to collect relevant business process data at the initial point of entry giving technology systems the ability to share information. Typically, the biggest efficiency that is realized by an eTicket customer is the elimination of duplicate data entry across disparate systems.Work in partnership with e-Ticket stakeholders and the software vendor to finalize the eTicket sytem. The project manager will help oversee these important project deliverables.SCOPE OF PM WORKProject Manager will be directly responsible for all project tasks, activities and outcomes.Project Manager will provide weekly status reports to the client IT Manager.Project Manager will identify and track all project risks and issues and also monitor the standard triple constraint items; scope, cost, scheduleNotify the client and/or project sponsor of any high-level risks or issues that require intervention or specific action be taken beyond what the project team already engaged can accomplish.
