Our client is looking for senior level candidates



*Role: IT Business Systems Analyst – Senior*

*Duration: 24+ months contract *

*Location: Lincoln , Nebraska  *









*Requirements*







*Required*:



   -

   Bachelor’s degree and at least seven (7) years of experience as a Senior
   Business Analyst.
   -

   Three (3) or more years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst
   working with Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS), Medicare or
   Medical Claims Processing system.
   -

   Must have three (3) or more years of experience working with HIPAA
   Transactions and Code Set Rule.



   -

   Must have seven (7) or more years of experience in working with business
   clients and technical staff to drive the development of business
   requirements or process design for computer application modifications.
   -

   Must have seven (7) or more years of experience writing Business System
   and Process Change / Design Documents including Business Requirements
   Documents, System Design, Training Documents and Process Flow Charts.
   -

   Must have seven (7) or more years of experience working independently
   within guidelines, developing and executing test scripts, test cases, data
   sets and user procedures.
   -

   Complete fluency in speaking and writing in the English language is
   required.



   -

   Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to
   gather and provide information effectively, regardless of audience.
   -

   Must be able to work well within a team environment and have exceptional
   collaborative skills. Must be service oriented with strong interpersonal
   skills with all levels of business and technical staff.
   -

   Must have good overall PC skills including the use of Microsoft Office
   products
   -

   Experience level with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft
   Visio must be at an intermediate level or higher
   -

   Strong organization, planning, problem solving, and decision making
   skills. Comfortable prioritizing and managing multiple tasks to meet
   required deadlines.
   -

   Must be a self-starter and self-motivated. Must be able to quickly learn
   and apply new technology.



*Preferred*:

   -

   Prefer three (3) or more years of experience (current within the last
   year) in an operational role at a Medicaid or Medicare agency or a Medical
   Claims Processing organization.


   -

   Experience with the Section 1104 (Administrative Simplification) of the
   Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act.
   -

   Experience with CAQH CORE Operating Rules and Edifecs Operating Rules
   product(s), i.e. XE Connect, OR Profile, Applications Manager and
   SpecBuilder.
   -

   Working knowledge of the following tools: Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft
   SharePoint, CA Clarity and Project Workbench.
