Demonstrate an in depth knowledge of a business area, in the context of the business client’s function, to identify and communicate how IT solutions can assist. Support one or more highly complex business processes, requiring design or integration of technical solutions that may cross multiple functions of the business. Responsible for leading the collection, analysis, documentation, and coordination of a client’s business requirements. Leads CRM Service CCB (Change Control Board) and participates in the SAP Enterprise CCB. Designs, Approves, and provide guidance on change recommendations. Lead and ensure delivery of the CRM Service activities in Minor and Major Releases. Participates in project plans, after go-live actives and on-going support.
