Analyze highly complex business requirements, design and create written technical specifications for new and changes to existing computer platforms and applications Utilizes a thorough understanding of available technology, tools, and existing designs. Develops highly complex original code, or provides coding direction to less experienced staff. Writes new, and updates existing, documentation, departmental technical procedures, and support guides, including formal and informal cross training for production support staff for all production applications. Meets all quality, security, and compliance requirements for supported applications, data, and transactions.
