JSON interchange language . Database skill in MS SQL 2005/2008, Oracle . Web application architecture . Object Oriented Design DESIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS (List all the skills that would be "a plus" for the applicant to have) . Telerik Rapid Controls . XSLT/XML . MS SQL, T-SQL, Oracle PL SQL . WCF, WPF, WWF . Experience with Flex Grid / Flash REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE/BACKGROUND (List industry background the candidate must have in order to be considered.) . Minimum of 3 years of experiences as a senior developer/tech lead working on .NET/ASP.NET/JavaScript web applications. . Experience in writing detailed technical design specification. . Experience in providing technical guidance to more junior developers.. . Proven track record in delivering application solutions. . Experience in developing framework projects using .NET, ASP.NET, AJAX, and XML/XPATH, XSLT, and JavaScript technology. . Experience in ASP.NET user controls development. . Experience in working with offshore/onshore team. . Bachelor of Science degree in computer science or related engineering discipline.
