They should be thorough, open and able to ask intelligent questions. - They must be flexible in approach and be able to adapt to the changing circumstances of the project * * *Position Requirements**:* - Minimum 5 years Business Analysis and systems analysis experience in a financial services or major consulting organization. - Minimum 5 years following a structured approach and experience with industry best practices for business and data analysis, process design, QA and documentation. - Minimum 3 years experience working with FX Option products understanding cash flows, risk and pricing. - Minimum 3 years experience analyzing, defining and working with complex risk calculations. - Minimum 3 years experience with RDBMS.
