We have an urgent requirement for below position, please let me know if you are comfortable and available for below position . *Role : Linux System Administrator (preferably with experience supporting Oracle Linux.)* *Location : Madison, WI * *Start Date : ASAP * *Duration : 6 Months + * *Rate :$45/hr on C2C – Can do better for star consultants* *Job Description* This individual will perform all administrative tasks for Linux servers including: installation, configuration, patching, securing, maintenance, and support for associated peripheral devices. Responsibilities include user account management and directory services integration; system backups and restores; network and storage configuration; virtual environment management leveraging VMware infrastructure and tools; performance optimization including load balancing and capacity management; system troubleshooting and diagnostics; and system performance and security monitoring. *Technical/Support Skills * • Outstanding collaboration skills. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Excellent organization and presentation skills • Respond, track, and escalate systems incidents on all Linux systems. Perform system patch deployments and maintenance; application upgrades and patches. Monitor and resolve alerts. Monitor system security.
