Need - *QA Release Manager* - Interview ASAP
Position : QA Release Manager Location : Houston TX Duration : 12 Months *Skills and Experience Required :* - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field - 2-6 years of previous release and/or project management experience. - 5 – 8 years of experience in information systems operations environment in systems analysis or development - Experience can be a combination of the financial and/or travel industry/organization. - The candidate evaluates the relative criticality, risk and potential reward of each and all major tasks. Must have strong problem solving skills and root cause identification skills - The candidate needs to interface and communicate with team members, PMs, Test Managers, Dev Managers, Production Support, Technical Service and Ops on a daily basis’s. Equally the candidate must be confident enough to manage up and provide reporting as well as meeting updates to the Senior IT Management and the Business Management. Must be a team player and able to work with and through others in a multinational work environment. - The candidate will have a high level of responsibility to ensure the releases are managed and delivered on schedule to ensure the success of the modernization program HP. HP is the modernization of our legacy settlement system which is the key function of the client. - Must demonstrate the interpersonal skills required to successfully work in a team environment and communicate effectively across a variety of stakeholder groups - The candidate must have a proven track record of their knowledge and experience in release planning and management.
