 *Primary*
- This person will work on backend data base that supports .NET based GUI
tool.
*Must have*
- Good problem-solving skill. Self-sufficient and must be eager to learn
and catch up in the new environment. Person who don't mind putting extra
hours to understand new system.
- This person should have good data analytical skill to see the symptom
from .NET front end tool and find root cause in backend stored proc.
- This person should have good data analytical skill to see the symptom
from SSIS ETL run and find root cause in backend stored proc.
- This person should have good data analytical skill to see the symptom
from SSRS report and find root cause in backend stored proc.
- suggest good solutions for all above issues.

*Should have*
- Good knowledge on debugging data issues when it occurred from multiple
stored procs.
- should be able to see the inefficient stored proc, check the sql behind,
and come up with best solution to tune the SQL and Stored Proc.
- should be able to suggest good way to improve table structure by using
partitioning or indexing or archiving old data.
- performance tuning for complex, inefficient sql queries, procedures, or
indexing strategies.
- Generate deployment script in .sql format.

These are *secondary* job duties
- Create Entity Relationship (ER) Diagrams to the proposed database
- Create database objects such as tables, views, stored procedures,
Triggers etc.
- Maintain referential integrity, domain integrity and column integrity by
using the available options such as constraints etc.
- Develop reports in SQL Server Reporting Services.
- Design, Develop and Deploy SSIS Packages.
