For Quick Response please share profile @ prahla...@idctechnologies.com We have a contract opportunity at *Visteon in Van Buren Twp* MI - for a *Network Project Manager* - all inclusive - *60/hr C2C.* Please let me know if you have anyone available. *PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Responsible for the successful planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure of our global network projects. *ROLES & RESPONSIBILITES:* *Management of Network and Telecom Projects from inception to delivery: **Responsible for quote delivery for Demand Management Network Projects *Lead Business Requirements identification *Lead Design solution and cross IT infrastructure integration *Lead Network implementation; Configuration, Build, and Testing *Order Network Circuit and Hardware *Coordinate network changes with regional and local Operations teams **Follow our processes:* *Demand Project Management Process *ISDP Project Process *Procurement Processes *Change Control *Network Wiring Standards *Network Security Policies and Standards *Network WIFI Security Policies and Standards *Work with cross functional teams to deliver solutions meeting business needs. *Management and Team Status reporting *YEARS & TYPE OF EXPERIENCE:* *5+ years of experience managing projects *2+ years of experience specifically with network and telecom projects: oNetwork MPLS Architecture oNetwork circuit installations oWAN/LAN project implementation oSite Launches/Decommission oNetwork Firewall/DNS/DHCP implementation oVOIP system installation oWIFI system installation *DEGREE STRONGLY PREFERRED:* *Associates Degree in Electronics, Computer Science or other equivalent training or experience *Project management certification *CCNP certification or equivalent experience is a plus *DESIRED COMPETENCIES/EXPERIENCE: * *Candidate must have strong English skills (both verbal & written) *Ability to multi-task with minimal supervision required. *Familiarity with project management processes. *Familiarity with ITIL processes, especially change control. *Personal computer skills, working knowledge of spreadsheet, word processing software required. *SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:* Network changes generally happen after-hours.
