*Mandatory **Technical/Functional Skills*

1Strong Test management and experience in managing end to end Testing for
at least one Infrastructure project and BCP based project.
2  Good communication skills and experience working with Management ,
executives and 3rd Party Vendors.
3. At least 8+ Years of overall experience and 5+ years of experience
performing Service Delivery Roles .
4. Manage Teams across multiple geographic locations and time zones.

*Roles and responsibility *

• Work with Operations ( Dev -Ops) and Architects  and other impoacted
 teams to ensure that Test Plan for BCP initiative is complete.
• Ability to understand and analyze early risk within projects and
mitigating them without impacting deliveries.
• Coordinate workflow within the team and across multiple teams  including
prioritizing tasks and assigning tasks to different teams.
• Monitor and track progress of issues, keep Client abreast of developments
and in touch with support teams.
• Maintain a high level of Client contact and Customer satisfaction (ensure
Service Level Agreement attainment).
• Provide status reports for management and Client as well as coordinate
account communication (i.e. daily, weekly, monthly )
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with colleagues,
managers, Business  & other stakeholders ,vendors.

*Desirable Technical / Functional Skills*

* Large Project/test management experience.
* Having a strong personality, chasing after issues, risks, and status on
tasks is critical. Strong communicator, foresee issues and risks and work
on resolving them quickly. Highly Action oriented
* Hands on Experience of handling Tough situations and stakeholders.
* Will be working with stakeholders at all levels of the corporate
structure, strong organizational, presentation and customer service skills
are necessary .
* Excellent problem-solving, analytical and time management skills.
* Foster collaborative work environments and demonstrate excellent
leadership skills.
