Can be H1 but they must have worked in the US for a consecutive period of 24 months.* ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ *Responsibilities:* · Perform as change agents for diverse technical teams providing capabilities and integrated approaches toward completing the goals and requirements · Assist and document technical goals, strategy, and conduct deep-dive technical capability studies appropriate for mitigating unknowns in a complex interconnected IT project or system · Identify and provide documentation and recommendations for the acceptance or mitigation of any issues and risks associated with requirements, proposed systems, solutions, development, designs, plans and timelines · Identify and provide documentation that provides all necessary detail regarding the impact of the technical architecture; design and development to other existing systems; and if the impact increases the risk or has a negative impact to the other systems, provide mitigation strategy recommendations. · Work closely with Government technical architecture staff and independently lead the identification and resolution of issues/problems within the technical infrastructure. · Identify development iterations, focus team development of prototypes and sample code that can be used by developers. · Provide knowledgeable solutions to resolve complex internal and external issues that can impact the success of the project. · Interact with technologists, management, project management, developers, and other technical leads throughout the period of performance.
