*Houston, 6+ months:* Role and Responsibilities Primary role is to act as the Administrator of a Cognos BI/TM1 environment. Specific tasks include:. Creation of new reports in BI against TM1 and CODA data structures to meet business reporting needs Maintenance of existing reports in BI against TM1 and CODA data structures to meet business reporting needs Maintenance of TM1 hierarchies to add new companies, etc. reflecting changes in GL Administration of BI/TM1 environment including security, testing of new reports and other platform changes, validation in Test and migration to Production Qualifications and Education Requirements Bachelor’s degree desired but not required 4-6 years of experience in a corporate or maintenance consulting environment with the Cognos platform, including TM1 Specific Technologies and Versions Experience with Cognos 10 BI. Specific knowledge of Framework Manager, platform administration, operation & security Experience with TM1, including maintenance of complex hierarchies, multi-cube environment Experience with financial reporting against TM1 via BI Experience with broader Cognos toolset Experience with meta data management via Framework manager Experience with direct to ERP reporting, CODA is a plus Preferred Skills Must be a team player with the proven ability to interact with people in a manner that encourages cooperation.
