*Oracle with Peoplesoft database administration* *PeopleSoft HR and/or Financials experience*
** *Client : State of Texas* *Duration: 8 months contract* *Location: Austin, Texas* ** * WORKER DUTIES* ** A. Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field. B. Create and maintain Oracle databases for use in the PeopleSoft application. This includes, but is not limited to, maintenance, development, acceptance, test and production environments. C. Previous experience maintaining *PeopleSoft Oracle databases.* D. Previous experience in testing and implementing software related to the administration, monitoring and operation of Oracle databases. E. Diagnose and resolve production and non-production database problems related to PeopleSoft databases. F. Perform rotating on-call duties related to database support (24 x 7). G. Participate in Disaster Recovery processes/tests as required. H. Communicate effectively and correctly in writing and verbally on a variety of business matters. I. Perform related Oracle DBA work as assigned. J.
