Job Title: PeopleSoft Systems Support Specialist Location: Newark NJ Duration: Direct-Hire Need Green Card Holder OR US Citizen Only Please !!!! ROLE Perform problem identification and on-the-spot training to prevent problem reoccurrence. Escalate Tier 2 problems to appropriate support. Maintain history reports, identify and address recurring problems, and assist in the development and execution of PeopleSoft and business process best practices. Perform basic fixes and data maintenance.
