Each quality assurance team member should know that there work begins before the first line of code is written, and continues until the release is running soundly in production (and beyond). 3-5 years testing database-intensive solutions in a Oracle environment. At least 1-3 years of automated testing using the HP suite, Cucumber, Selenium, Fitnesse, or similar tools.
