Cisco certifications a plus • Working knowledge of EMC VNx SAN a plus. • Expert knowledge of MS Office suite. • Expert level experience with hardware and software installations • Can troubleshoot majority of software, hardware and network issues without assistance. • Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert: Server Infrastructure (MCSE) preferred. Additional certifications a plus (Cisco, Citrix, databases, etc.) • Ability to resolve customer issues remotely. • Required to effectively communicate orally and in writing. • Ability to communicate and problem-solve in a productive, rational, and non-emotional manner using language and tone of voice that promotes interpersonal relationships. • Strong problem-solving skills.
