Please send the resumes at su...@cncconsulting.com Job Title: Java Developer Location: Columbus, OH Duration: 6 months In person interview Conduct assessment of user needs and develop an understanding of user environment and issues as required to participate in application development Participate in the creation of the technical architecture Lead and/or participate in the systems/application design process as relates to: Security issues Web application/interfaces User applications/interfaces Backend applications and services Database interfaces Write/code software modules per design specifications Lead and/or participate in debugging and testing procedures including production support Create software development documentation Investigate Java (representative) technology applications Experience with Wicket web framework is a plus. Other duties as may be assigned The Programmer is responsible for analysis, design, coding, component and assembly testing of all application code owned by the Application Team. Programmers typically are involved in maintenance (including production support), enhancement and development work. Programmers have a range of skills and knowledge of the technologies used and applications supported by the Application Team. The Programmer works with the Functional Architect and Technical Architecture Specialist on an as needed basis to ensure that design and code meets customer requirements.
