Experience should include installation of these databases, supporting the databases in a production environment, administering multiple server environments to support the various functions of the development life cycle. · Linux experience including scripting (for example shell, Perl) for the automation and streamlining of day-to-day database administration, as well as the use of UNIX system commands to create, administer and monitor database systems. · Maintain and monitor the Database Warehouse database performance; diagnostic and tuning the db issues; · Installation, upgrading, and patching of these databases on Linux and Windows servers; · Support database processes and ETL processes from database and server standpoint; work with the developer teams to develop and implement the database changes; · Managing Users, Privileges and Roles; managing Table Spaces, Data Files, Redo Logs, Tables and Its segments; Resource Monitoring (Disk Space Utilization, Cpu Utilization, Etc.)
