Looking for a consultant who has Salesforce expertise, javascript and CSS. They use Skuid (kinda like javascript) which allows you to reskin the portal. They will be working on the ux site and must be able to hold their own. Looking for a hybrid developer, business analyst, project manager but the key is very strong development skills. Salesforce certification is a HUGE plus.
