Windows platform troubleshooting. Flexible shift.
* Job Description:*
Provides software/tool support to business partners on the Windows
platform.
Will need to complete Windows ISA initial training.
Provides incident resolution.
Completes, prioritizes, resolves and/or escalates problems and root cause
analyses as needed .
Leads tactical work and contributes to strategic work (e.g. creating
something new or modifying something currently in existence to meet
business needs).
Develops a working knowledge of applicable software, tools, processes,
procedures and environment.
Assists with developing or modifying software/tool policies, guidelines,
standards, procedures, and documentation, as required.
Applies the knowledge to navigate the organization and related processes in
order to solve problems efficiently and effectively.
Builds working relationships and strategic partnering skills with business
partners, team members, and external associates, across multiple sites.
Works under general direction/guidance.
Ability and goal to eventually serve in some type of lead assignment highly
desirable, but not required.
Strong technical aptitude demonstrated in current or previous assignments.
