Location: Irving, TX Duration: 6+ months Looking for OPT • Manage, deploy and install Oracle databases on RAC and non-RAC hardware (AIX, Linux). • Manage, deploy and install Oracle Golden Gate in uni-directional and bi-directional modes. • Manage the setup and configuration of Golden Gate Director and Veridata. • Database performance and tuning, problem resolution, SR creation and working with the vendor. Perform day-to-day system support, design and implement data replication strategies, upgrading and new project planning and implementation with the following responsibilities: Monitoring database technology stack globally for GCPS using Oracle Grid Control which consists of below activities. o Clear alerts o Maintain Oracle Grid Control Agents (install & patch) o Provide support for Grid Control infrastructure • Oracle database build using ASM on RAC/non-RAC • Oracle database upgrades, patching • Working with the client team for problem resolution • Database performance and tuning • Database performance monitoring • Database backup and recovery using RMAN. • Monitoring database technology stack globally for GCPS using Oracle Grid Control which consists of below activities.
