Role: Peoplesoft HCM Consultant Location: Dover, DE Duration: 12 Months Years of Relevant Experience: 5 to 8 years Preferred Education: 4 year college degree or equivalent technical study. Role Description: All roles specified in PS2 plus the following: •Demonstrate expertise in teaching / conveying technical and / or functional courses / concepts. •Develop appropriate work programs / budgets and use to effectively schedule tasks / assignments. •Deliver support and design for industry specific applications that require integration with statewide systems or applications. •Design and implement technologies that require GIS Expertise. •Interact with executive level business users or technical experts. •May function as a niche SME Candidate must have a minimum of 3 years recent experience actively supporting a PeopleSoft HCM system.
