Title: AIX/LINUX Systems Engineer Location: Tampa, FL
Duration: 6+ Months Amzur Technologies, a Tampa, FL-based, custom software development and IT staffing company seeks a seasoned Systems Engineer for a contract position based in Tampa, FL. Our client is public sector and they seek an AIX/Linux Systems Engineer with in-depth knowledge of administration, design, installation, patching, troubleshooting, performance tuning and monitoring for application, security, and operating systems. The ideal candidate will proactively monitor and maintain a large server network ensuring high performance, security, and quick issue resolution. Participate in design, expansion, and security meetings with vendors and site administration.
