This position will concentrate on Webi migration but should have the ability to do Crystal Reports migrations as necessary. *Required Skills* Expert-level experience in Web Intelligence 5+ years of experience required Migration experience in 3.1 to 4.1 Experience in Crystal Reports preferred *Responsibilities* The Information Delivery Migration Analyst will be responsible for Performing conversions on SAP Business Objects reports from 3.1 to 4.1. Unit testing migrated reports. Performing issue resolution on reports during UAT. *Basic/Required* Legally authorized to work in the United States 8+ years of experience in IT 3+ years of BI development experience Previous experience with migrations of BOBJ 3.x to 4.x Ability and willingness to travel if needed *Preferred* Bachelor's Degree in MIS, computer science, information technology, or Mathematics Demonstrated analytical and problem solving ability. Proven experience translating business requirements into successful functional and technical designs Demonstrated ability to network and communicate, to show leadership and influence with diverse cultures and business groups. 3 + years of direct experience with software/application support and development. 5+ years of experience with 3 or more of these Business Intelligence tools: SAP BW, Business Objects XI 3.x or 4.x combined. Demonstrated ability of being customer focused and business driven. Demonstrated ability to meet commitments and manage performance. Demonstrated ability of being self-driven.
