Guiding and Coaching the Scrum Team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers Aligning project goals with business objectives and implementation Schedule estimation & tracking , Risk & Issue Management, People Management Business & Stakeholder management and ownership of deliverables.
