*Interview mode: Phone than SkypeJob Description:*Experience installing, configuring and supporting IBM Tivoli Storage Manager Knowledge of Data Domain replication and IBM LTO Tape libraries, Microsoft SQL and Microsoft Windows clustering. Working knowledge of backup and storage technologies including Fiber Channel, Ethernet, iScsi, Common Internet File System (CIFS), Network File System (NFS) Experience monitoring database, logs, storage pools, performance related parameters Experience with Import/Export feature and Node Replication feature Experience with TDP for Oracle/Exchange/MSSQL Experience with TSM deduplication Experience with TSM Operational Reporting Experience with NDMP Monitor and support daily backup operations including performing backups, restores, audit reporting and tape management. Troubleshoot backup failures, backup/restore performance issues and data integrity checks. Conduct server maintenance such as server provisioning, operating system patching and racking/stacking. Analyze and upgrade backup software/hardware infrastructure for faster and better performing backup operations. Participate in Disaster Recovery drills and tests. Perform backup/restore audits to confirm backup functionality Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
