Only USC, GC, EAD Local or non-local *Title: CR&B Analyst (Customer Rating and Billing)* *Location: Richardson, TX* *Start Date: ASAP * *Duration: 3/31/2016* *Project: * *CR&B Analyst (Customer Rating and Billing)* *The CR&B analysts’ responsibilities will include: * *• Reviewing the CR&B report that is generated from each DPI billing run to determine the cause of all differences identified in the assigned bill cases. * *• Developing queries to determine all customers affected and the amount that each customer is affected by each identified difference. * *• Entering each identified defect into Quality Center (ALM) with sufficient detail to enable the team responsible for defect resolution to fix the issue quickly and accurately. * *• Working with the defect resolution teams to insure that the CR&B team defects are addressed in a timely manner.
