A group company within NTT DATA currently seeks a *Functional Business Analyst* to join our team in *Charlotte, NC.* *Qualifications:* This is a multi-faceted position that requires 5+ years of Business Analytical (BA) experience. The role will act as the liaison to operational and business partners for issues, questions, requirements and project planning for a future-state solution for ehanced client on-boarding. This individual will work closely with vendors and project managers to drive requirements gathering for multiple concurrent projects across multiple teams. This role will also be working with the technical development team to translate business requirements. Required skills include: - Reviewing, Analyzing and evaluating business systems and user needs. - Preparing business justification documents such as business requirements definition, risk analysis and project definition documents. - Gathering requirements around applications development. - Facilitate meetings with stakeholders providing business functional processes and system requirements. - Preparing functional documentation such as use cases, functional design documentation, flow diagrams, traceability matrices. - Formulating functionality of systems to meet overall business strategies. - Relaying business requirements to technology team. - Ability to review and analyze business data.
