Job Title: BSA Business Intelligence Data Warehousing Location: Boston, MA Duration: 6+ Months Rate: DOE *Citizen, GC's, EAD only can apply, H1 Transfers can be preferred* - Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field of study - Experience in the custody/investment sector - 7+ years experience in data analysis and implementations. - Solid work on Data Warehousing projects required as well. - Understanding of core business processes - Analytical capabilities to translate complex business calculations into definitions for database/BI modelers - Ability to create logical data models for both relational and dimensional data structures • Strong SQL skills for data profiling and validation activities - Experience with COGNOS reporting tools, BI tool architecture, functions, features and database structures Description: Develop data requirements and definitions based on business requirements for both relational and dimensional data models • Produce data mappings • Interface with data experts, data sourcing resources and Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence teams • Develop Entity-Relationship models • Assist in structuring data profiling and validation process • Perform data gap analysis as required • Document data requirements • Develop data flow diagrams based on business processes • Develop the logical data models with appropriate business contexts Primary Deliverables: • Data gap analysis • Data profiling analysis • E-R models • Data and process flow diagrams • Logical data model Skills -- Thanks and Regards..
