Need candidates local or from nearby locations of Florida *Description :* The Microsoft Dynamics CRM Consultant will act independently and advise on or manage technical development for large complex engagements. He/she will provide subject matter expertise for addressing customer solutions regarding interface, integration and technical data model design. *Responsibilities:* 3-5 years Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation experience and holds “MS CRM 2013 Certification" BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience combined with a minimum of 5 years relevant working experience in CRM applications, systems development, software support, and consulting. Experienced in Microsoft Dynamics or Siebel CRM (technical consulting), has a successful technical development history. Job role experience as a consultant in a consulting practice Microsoft CRM STRONG technical knowledge (CRM, Data Model, Interfaces, Integration), is able to represent the product solution from a technical perspective Familiarity in leveraging Microsoft CRM SureStep (preferred), Siebel CRM or HP’s methodology for full –lifecycle implementations Performed technical requirements gathering (to be model, as is model, etc, architecture diagrams.) Performed definition and functional design of conversions and interfaces with Microsoft CRM api usage; integration development Excellent Proficiency on Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 and .NET Very proficient on CRM Business Processes in Sales Force Automation, Marketing automation and Service management functionality Extremely good understanding of Dynamics CRM entities, workflows and configuration Excellent in communication and articulation skills Experience of functional analysis and functional support Exposure to Dynamics CRM technical aspects esp. Javascripting, Installation Extremely sound in core NET technology and related areas - WCF, SSIS , SSRS, SQL Server Sound in Architecture / Design concepts , patterns and best practices in Microsoft Technologies Sound in deployment aspects Good and assertive in communication and articulation skills Experience of working as CRM Tech Lead for at least 3 projects .NET Frameworks, C#, ASP.NET <http://asp.net/>, SQL, XML Technologies and Web Services.
