Network Engineer Location: Boston MA Duration: 12 Months Candidate should be located in the East Coast. *Day-to-Day* We are looking for a Sr. Network Engineer to work through one of our professional service clients on site at a large financial institution. This persons main responsibility is going to be to design and implement new network infrastructure within large corporate and data center locations. Ideally this Sr. Network Engineer will have in depth configuration expertise and skills to be able to configure Cisco routers and Switches, specifically 5k, 7k, and 6500 series. This person needs to be extremely comfortable with WAN based connectivity, MPLS, Ethernet, and networking protocols such as IP Routing and Spanning Tree. On a day to day basis he/she will be interfacing with networking teams doing the hands on routing and switching which based off the network drawings and designs that he/she creates.
