Expert knowledge of the full software development lifecycle: from
business/systems analysis, through requirements gathering and functional
specification authoring, to development, testing and delivery. Expert level
proficiency in a computer software application or programming language
specifically identified in the assignment requirements. (Examples below)
–Datastage - SAP Bobj- Java- ETQ - SalesForce experience - PeopleSoft -
Laboratory Info. Mgt. (LIMS) experience - eCommerce coding experience - SOA
experience - Mobile application development - Websphere application
experience - Adobe CQ application experience - eCommerce coding experience-
IBM WebSphere Commerce application experience.  Education/Experience: 10+
years’ experience required.Working with Portfolio Managers and functional
Business Analysts, she/he will develop architecture blueprints for
strategic initiatives and support development of business case to secure
funding. She/he should have the breadth and depth of functional business
knowledge along with good understanding of key applications and vendors for
these functions.  Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not
limited to: Lead the development solution architecture/design for strategic
projects and programs Provide oversight and consulting on solution
architecture being led by project or product architects Create and maintain
common architecture design patterns, reference architecture, and artifacts
Participate in new technology introduction, proof of concept certification,
and vendor/product selection Execute the Enterprise Architecture
Development Process Lead business and IT Teams through the Enterprise
Architecture Technology Selection process to ensure meets enterprise
standards Provide architecture leadership, expert advice, and counsel to IT
personnel, management, and project teams on the most complex aspects of
technical domains to provide solutions to meet business needs  Required
Qualifications: Demonstrated experience and knowledge of HR and/or Finance
system either in IT or business domain for at least 5 years Dmonstrated
experience implementing or managing major enterprise applications used in
HR, Finance including SAP & PeopleSoft Strong leadership skills to
communicate and influence business and IT leaders Demonstrated experience
in business architecture and/or business process development*
