Disseminate information in a timely manner within the team. • Partner with the validation and technical teams to develop and execute unit/system test cases, scripts and plans. • Establish key performance indicators to monitor and measure. • Establish and manage effective vendor relationships. • Facilitate the development of professional and technical skills for self and peers. Key Experiences and Attributes: • 8+ years as a TrackWise Developer Configurator – Configuration, workflows, development, and support of a TrackWise environment, including experience with version 8. • Experience in TrackWise environment tuning and optimization. • Experience with TrackWise Migrator utility, snapshots, exports/imports. • Exposure to web services development for TrackWise • Experience with Crystal Reports a plus. • Ability to work effectively in a team environment. • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and organization skills. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to present to global teams. • Must be detail and quality oriented. • Sense of urgency and strong follow-up skills. • Experience working in a regulated environment is a plus.
