Candidates MUST Be LOCAL to OH. *Location = Columbus, Ohio, Duration = 6+ months, Interview Type = In Person Only* *Skills:* SAS 9.2 or higher (with 1yr version 9.4) OR 4yrs Cognos (1yr with version 10.2.1) Required 5 Years Using flat files / ad-hoc data sources to create visual reports Required 8 Years Database (MS-SQL/Oracle) experience, ETL scripting, and data profiling Required 8 Years Medicaid/Medical type experience. Desired Business Objects, Tableau 8.3 Desired 1 Years Experience in an SME role with COGNOS or SAS Required 2 Years Experience with SQL Required 4 Years *Description:* Interviews are tentatively scheduled for Wednesday 19, 2015 from 1 - 4 pm. Maximum 1 hour each. Develop data sets, reports, dashboards and other analytic assets, and facilitate analyst usage of available analytic tools and data sources. • Publish Enterprise artifacts such as data models, data definitions, data management standards, best practices and user guides. Leads and participates in training and informational sessions with enterprise staff. • Proficient in use of key enterprise analytic tools such as SAS, Cognos or Business Objects. Provide assistance to business users in implementing coding standards and best practices to deliver consistent, accurate analytic results in compliance with enterprise data management standards. • Review existing analytic projects, code, inputs and outputs for accuracy and compliance with standards. Design and develop programs, build complex data structures and coordinate sharing and publishing of these analytic artifacts. • Participate in teams to identify data sources, standardize data structures, data profiling, source to target data field mapping, produce standards and coordinate integration of data from diverse sources. • Meet with business users to understand data, and the desired visualization product (report) • Analyze / profile data to understand key characteristics that could affect reporting such as cardinality of data elements, range of values or dates, missing data, etc Regards: Sam Williams - Recruiting Manager ITBrainiac Inc.
