- *Candidates must be hands on and have set up performance testing experience. * - *8+ years experience in manual and automated Quality Assurance testing * - *Proven experience as a QA manager * - *Experience in developing automated test strategy/plans * - *Deep understanding and experience in standard testing methodologies * - *Expert-level, hands-on experience in HP QuickTestPro. * - *Expert level, hands-on experience in the use of automated performance testing tools. * - *Strong understanding of network and security design and the implication of these on the performance test environments; * - *Ability to communicate with the infrastructure team to recommend alternative solutions for addressing application bottlenecks; * - *Experience with VSTS performance testing and defect management is preferred. * - *Insurance/Reinsurance industry experience and knowledge with an understanding of the terminology, business functions and processes is strong preference * - *Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. * - *Strong interpersonal relationship, team building, collaboration and facilitation skills. * - *Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * - *Personal time management skills and ability to meet individual and team deadlines. * - *Seeks to expand knowledge and experience and is committed to continuous learning * - *Insurance/reinsurance experience required * *Summary:* *This position is responsible for managing the Quality Assurance Testing function for Insurance, Reinsurance and Corporate solutions.
