Job Title: PeopleSoft HCM Developers
Location: NYC
Duration: 12 Months
Client: NYC FISA
First round phone, second round in person

Financial Information Services Agency (FISA) requires seven (7) Developers
to support the PeopleSoft HCM Application upgrade from version 9.0 to
version 9.2. FISA will be upgrading the NYCAPS PeopleSoft HCM application
which includes Workforce Administration, Benefits Administration, Candidate
Gateway, TAM (Talent Acquisition Management), and Self Service modules
currently operating for Active City Employees and Retiree Health Benefits.

*Required Qualifications:*
Must have worked on at least one (1) PeopleSoft HCM application upgrades to
version from 8.9/9.0 to 9.2 as a Techno-functional consultant.
Must have worked on at least two (2) PeopleSoft HCM application upgrades to
versions above 9.0 as a Techno-functional consultant.
Must have a minimum of Five (5) years’ experience in working with multiple
versions of PeopleSoft and PeopleTools  8.51+ across multiple HCM modules
Must have at least one (1) year of experience and understanding of
PeopleSoft HCM applications (v 9.2) and PeopleSoft Tools (v 8.54)
Must have Implementation, design and customization experience for
PeopleSoft HCM modules such as Recruiting, Talent Acquisition Management,
Workforce Administration, Benefits Administration, MSS, ESS, Performance
Management and Profile Management.
Experience on performing data/code analysis, creation and review of
technical designs, and documentation from the functional design, coding,
unit testing, and debugging various PeopleSoft HCM modules
Experience in analysis of compare reports, participate in Keep/Drop
decisions, and performing retrofit / customizations.
Programming experience using PeopleTools, People Code, Application Package,
PS Process Scheduler, and Application engine, AWE, Integration Broker, XML
Publisher and SQR.
Experience in creating/modifying data conversion scripts.
Must be Proficient with SQL and PS/Query for reviewing data,
troubleshooting and testing/validating source system data.
Experience developing complex interfaces into legacy and 3rd party systems
Strong knowledge of STAT tool and Oracle.

*Preferred Qualifications:*
Knowledge of Report Distribution Tools, such as VISTA Plus, LRS products
etc.
Experience working within a matrix reporting environment.
Certified in Oracle
Knowledge of Micro focus Cobol
