- *Candidates must be hands on and have set up performance testing experience. * - *Insurance/reinsurance experience required * ** *Job Descrption:* ** *Ø 8+ years experience in manual and automated Quality Assurance testing * *Ø Proven experience as a QA manager * *Ø Experience in developing automated test strategy/plans * *Ø Deep understanding and experience in standard testing methodologies * *Ø Expert-level, hands-on experience in HP QuickTestPro. * *Ø Expert level, hands-on experience in the use of automated performance testing tools. * *Ø Strong understanding of network and security design and the implication of these on the performance test* *Ø environments; * *Ø Ability to communicate with the infrastructure team to recommend alternative solutions for addressing application bottlenecks; * *Ø Experience with VSTS performance testing and defect management is preferred. * *Ø Insurance/Reinsurance industry experience and knowledge with an understanding of the terminology, business functions and processes is strong preference * *Ø Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. * *Ø Strong interpersonal relationship, team building, collaboration and facilitation skills. * *Ø Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * *Ø Personal time management skills and ability to meet individual and team deadlines. * *Ø Seeks to expand knowledge and experience and is committed to continuous learning * * * * **Summary: * ** *This position is responsible for managing the Quality Assurance Testing function for Insurance, Reinsurance and Corporate solutions.
