Advanced skills for object-oriented design and programming Technical leadership, facilitation, critical thinking, problem solving, decision making and analytical skills required Demonstrated understanding of code management process, and experience with code management software such as SVN and TFS. Strong verbal and written communication skills High level of comfort working with different teams (in-house and outsource) and adapt well with the changing environments Resourceful; can quickly grasp both business and technical concepts and understand how to find solutions to various scenarios Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, documentation, and planning skills required Strong problem solving/issue identification skills Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks A self-starter who is able to hit the ground running with minimal guidance *Job Description:*The Senior Software Developer has to be a highly motivated key member in the team who will work within a team or individually on design and development of web applications and integrations. This person will develop custom solutions or integration solutions for various IT projects, work on enhancement-related development projects for existing applications, interact with internal project managers, business system analysts, other IT teams, and sometime with business groups, in issue resolution.
