Client is Boehringer Ingelheim. *Scientific Software Developer, Computational Biology* Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking a talented and innovative Software Developer with experience in data presentation and visualization to provide coding support for our Ridgefield, CT Research team. The applicant will provide computational and programmatic expertise by developing, implementing, testing, and supporting web applications and scripts for processing, analyzing, and displaying scientific data, such as expression data (NGS, Chip-platforms, GEO), siRNA screening, GWAS data, text-mined data, and other types of biological data. The applicant will interface with others in the Computational Biology team and provide novel ideas and approaches to advance the Drug Discovery process. As a contractor at Boehringer Ingelheim, you will actively contribute to the discovery, development and delivery of our products to our patients and customers.
